Jeffrey started bartending at university, a job he combined with his busy school schedule. Overtime he became passionate about it and moved to the big city to start a career “it complements my personality” he says.
As a cognac amateur, he appreciates Hennessy's versatility. “This cognac has very distinct flavors, you can make it sweet of not, fruity of fresh. It’s a popping of many accents”. But his preference definitely goes to classics “I like to make it in Sidecars”.
