Jon Neill’s calling in life could be described as a “happy accident.” An easy-going person who loves being the centre of attention, he took up bartending as a part-time job in university, and it soon became his passion. Honing his craft at various bars as he travelled throughout Australia, he returned to Toronto and settled in at the Ritz Bar.
Truly passionate about the method of bartending, Jon is a strong believer in premium ingredients and high quality products. He loves the versatility of the Hennessy range of products, and enjoys serving it various ways – neat, on the rocks or as part of a cocktail – to a broad range of customers. His ultimate goal is to engage people and create a drink experience they will enjoy and remember.
