Marine started bartending when she was only 18. What was a seasonal job at the beginning soon became a passion. After travelling to various countries such as Greece and the United States, she finally settled down at Buddha Bar in Paris 3 years ago.
“Cognac is a great spirit’, she says, “It has a lot of soul”. As she mixes Hennessy in her cocktails she expects her guests to have a new experience of cognac. “I want people, especially women, to have a different approach. That's why I make very creative cocktails for everyone's tastes."
For Marine, bartending is all about sharing with an extra dose of fun. Her philosophy ? « Work seriously without taking myself seriously ».
