After a decisive meeting with another famous bartender, Yves Vitrant left his career in medicine to become a bartender when he was only 25.
To create his cocktails, he takes inspiration from latest trends from London, Berlin or Paris. He welcomes the current democratization of cocktail culture happening in French cities, even small ones. "Those small cocktail bars are in the forefront of the cocktail revolution", he says.
As a cognac amateur, especially cognac tonic, he recommends Hennessy for its quality. To him "It is much more than just a spirit".
