50 ml of Hennessy Fine de Cognac 30 ml of iced green tea 10 ml of apple liqueur 3 ml of absinthe
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add a dash of absinthe and mix. Use a strainer to ﬁlter out the absinthe and keep the ice. Pour the other ingredients into a shaker. Shake and ﬁlter in the glass ﬂavoured with absinthe. Garnish with lemon peel.
