A cognac with finesse which develops freshness and sensual fragrances. It further evokes brioche and roasted almonds, and a final "bouquet" caressing, delicate, with nuances of spices and honey.
An ideal cognac to be enjoyed straight or on the rocks. Hennessy Fine de Cognac is also increasingly employed in long or mixed drinks.

Hennessy Fine de Cognac was created in 2002 by our Master Blender aiming at a cognac of great finesse.
In 2009, Hennessy introduced its famous Fine de Cognac into the Water universe, thus paying homage to “Fine a l’Eau”, a 19th century tradition from Charentes prolonging the experience of cognac with a dash of water.
Hennessy is continuing this discovery through Water with a new limited edition of its Fine de Cognac bottle, nestled in a pure, pearly case, exposed through a window whose contours embrace the-bottle’s silhouette. Inside this box, Hennessy reveals the Fine de Cognac a l’Eau tasting experience with a booklet of cocktails especially created by House oenologists. The whole is accompanied with recipes for dishes to associate with these cocktails.
The package design of this new creation fits in with Hennessy’s concern for the environment, as proven for several years: the carafe is dressed in single-material paper, without any adhesive or plastic, and is sealed with a recyclable stopper. Special attention has beeq paid to the design of the case, the size having been reduced to hug the carafe and thus cut down on the volume of transport boxes. Unlike standard boxes, the carafe is revealed thanks to cut-out carton, thus doing away with the need for a photograph on the front. The book of recipes has been printed without gold pressing to minimise non-recyclable printing waste.
All virgin material used for these different elements comes from sustainably managed sources.
