Mark Arthur, a talented singer and song-writer, is being promoted by Soyuz-Show - a company known for having previously hosted Placido Domingo, Buena Vista Social Club, and Mariza in Russia. This year saw the launch of Mark Arthur's new album and his album-promoting tour through Russian towns. On June 19, 2009, the summer terrace of the Gallery played host to Mark Arthur's concert, during which he presented 5 newly written songs.
