Where should I send my internship or job application?

You can send your application directly to this address and we will pass it on to our Human Resources department which will review it attentively.

How can I obtain information about a specific product?

In order to provide information on a specific bottle, we need to know the batch number featured on the back of the bottle (13-figure number starting with an L if it has one) and photos.

Once we have received this information, we will do our utmost to answer your query rapidly.

How to keep a Hennessy cognac?

Once bottled, our cognacs remain stable for a very long time if kept out of excessive light and away from the heat.

If the cork is not damaged and your bottle has been stored in good conditions, you can enjoy your Hennessy cognac at any time.

The best way to store an unopened bottle of cognac is to keep it standing in a cool and dark place. Cognac may be stored in these conditions for several years without altering its quality.

The reason why a bottle should remain upright is that contact with the cork could affect the contents. A cognac stored in this way will have the same quality as the day it was bottled. Take care when opening the bottle as the cork may have deteriorated over the years and broken into small pieces. Turn it very delicately.

To be enjoyed in moderation.

How to drink Hennessy cognac?

We recommend drinking our cognacs in a tulip or a balloon glass. For your information, the tulip glass is preferred by our Master Assembler as the shape of this glass steadily releases the cognac's aromas and allows him to make a more precise judgment than when using the balloon glass. You should smell it in several short inhalations. Then take a small sip and keep it in your mouth for a moment before swallowing.  The aromas perceived by the nose are then revealed and you will analyze the flavors and four notes traditionally found in cognac: fruity, floral, spicy and woody. These will rise to the palate and will allow you to appreciate the cognac's length.

Getting away from traditional drinking of cognac after a meal, we recommend using it in cocktails by mixing young cognac with tonic water, ginger ale or drinking it simply on the rocks. You will find great cocktail recipes on our site.

How to know the value of an old bottle or flask?

We are absolutely unable to give a price assessment. Only the organizations specializing in auctions of old bottles should be consulted for this sort of item.
