Romaric Leroy

Born and raised in France, Romaric Leroy never dreamed that he would end up working as a bartender in Montreal one day. However when an opportunity came up to relocate and work with his mentor, he couldn’t turn it down. He started working at Plateau Lounge at W Montreal in May of 2012, and has been honing his craft there ever since.

When it comes to bartending, Romaric is constantly improving his skills, studying the techniques of other mixologists, and tweaking his own style. As far as mixing goes, he loves pleasing his international clientele with unique twists on classic cocktails, and he has created several new concoctions using Hennessy. Romaric finds Hennessy to be a quality product to work with, given its versatility and broad appeal, and he loves the creativity it allows him.
