SUPER RED COCKTAIL
Inspired by the unseen, the Super Red cocktail matches rosewater with beetroot juice for boldness, where the wildcard addition of Hennessy V.S.O.P adds a smoky backbone.

- 30 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 10 ml Ginger sirop
- 75 ml Beetroot & rose mix
- Using a juice extractor, extract 240 ml of beet juice.
- Mix the beet juice, cold water & rose water.
- Filter the preparation through a sieve or a fine strainer.
- Mix with a mixing spoon.
- Fill an old fashioned Hennessy glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the ingredients according to the recipe above.
- Mix gently with a mixing spoon.
- If necessary, add ice cubes.
- Finally, decorate with edible gold leaf.
- Serve with a smile.
