While paradise is a place of creation where nature becomes sublime, in Cognac, France, the Hennessy cellars are another legendary place where the rarest eaux-de-vie patently mature to become divine. Out of one of the world's largest collections of eaux-de-vie at Hennessy, only a very small amount of eaux-de-vie mature in oak barrels in these cellars. The stock dates back to 1774. Selected for their character and immense potential, these eaux-de-vie have been carefully looked after by eight generations of Master Blenders. These barrels lose a small amount of liquid each year due to natural evaporation, called the angels' share. Not to fear, as this divine intervention transforms the character of eaux-de-vie. Inspired by symphonic music and emotional connection, Hennessy Paradis is a universally loved blend: it is voluptuous and harmonious and combines smoothness and strength with a silky and graceful texture.

An ode to wonders of nature

Taking inspiration from the blissful natural surroundings of the sweeping desert of Utah, Lang Lang describes his moment of bliss. "My idea of bliss is to play music amidst the beauty of nature; this Canyon is the ultimate paradise."

"Today, we have this beautiful, sunny afternoon, and our mood is as bright as the sky. This is just a spectacular and stunning place, and hopefully, it can generate a lot of inspiration from nature," he continues.

"You know I was born and raised in New York City. I never really saw nature like that; my nature was big buildings and concrete jungles. You know, just the streets, the noise, the elements like that. And it wasn't until I started to get a bit older that I started to explore how much I love nature. Even just being in nature, walking in the grass, laying in the grass, seeing the trees, being under a tree, it's like, it sounds so simple, but it is so powerful, and I realize now how much we all actually need nature," adds Keys.

"When I'm here in this space, I feel like I'm a part of history and the future. I feel like I'm a part of the magic. I feel like I'm a part of strength and growth and greatness and possibility. I feel really good here. This is a very, very special place. And we found it," Keys continues.
