BIG APPLE COCKTAIL

Inspired by hip-hop icon NAS, this faceted drink is powerful yet smooth. As is NAS in everything he does.

INGREDIENTS

(C)OLD FASHIONED

  • 1.5 oz Hennessy Very Special
  • 0.5 oz Calvados apple brandy
  • 0.25 oz herbal liqueur
  • 1/3 oz agave nectar
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 1 dash cherry bitters
  • Garnish: pear fan

 

COCKTAIL RECIPE
Step 1: Add all the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2: Shake until well chilled.
Step 3: Strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice.
Step 4: Garnish with a pear fan.
