This classic vodka cocktail gets a flavor spike from Hennessy Very Special. The spice from the Hennessy is a perfect complement to the kick from the ginger beer (or ale).

- 1.5 oz Hennessy Very Special
- 3.5 oz Ginger beer
- 1 Lime Wedge and or fresh ginger slices
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- Pour all ingredients in an iced rocks glass.
- Stir to incorporate.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
