Who better than Hennessy cognac to propose a French Apple? Highly aromatic and ever-so-slightly bitter, this is the ideal drink for after work or at home on a cold Fall day.

- 0.5 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 0.5 oz Bison Grass™ Vodka
- 1 oz Apple Cider
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters™
- 1 Cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a Rocks glass with ice cubes.
- Stir until well chilled, and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
