SIDECAR COCKTAIL
This classic cocktail originated in the Ritz Hotel Bar in Paris. Festive, refreshing, and aromatic, its citrusy notes are timeless. Simple does not equal boring.

- 40 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 15 ml Orange Curaçao
- 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10 ml simple syrup (1:1, sugar and water combined over heat)
- 1 Garnish : Lemon twist
RECIPE
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously until well mixed and well chilled.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with lemon twist.
