45 ml Hennessy Black
180 ml cola
10 ml coffee liqueur
1 lime twist
 
Add Hennessy Black and coffee liqueur to a glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Garnish.

50 ml Hennessy Black
30 ml hot espresso
10 ml Simple syrup
1 star anise

Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake during 8 to 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish.

20 ml Falernum
30 ml apple juice
4 dashes of Angostura Bitter
1 tsp lemon juice
1 grated cinnamon with cinnamon stick
 
Combine all liquids in a shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with fresh grated cinnamon. Leave the cinnamon stick in the glass.

1 top with equal parts champagne and soda

Add all ingredients, except champagne and soda, to a shaker tin with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with equal parts champagne and soda. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

375 ml Hennessy Black
1 bottle of Casa Lapostolle Merlot or similar red wine
250 g raspberries
250 g blackberries
250 g blueberries
250 g strawberries
0.5 cup sugar
375 ml cranberry juice
375 ml club soda
 
Fill punch bowl with ice cubes. Pour each ingredient one by one. Garnish with fruits and leave to rest for 12 hours. Before serving add Hennessy and soda water
