Hennessy Pure White bestows a subtle flower bouquet characteristics, thanks to a blend with a dominance from the Fins Bois.
The Perfect Serve: Served over ice with fresh fruit juice/nectar, to highlight the lightness and fruity character unique to Hennessy Pure White.

COLOR

The eaux-de-vie selected by the Master Blender are notable for their distinctive clarity, showing minimal wood influence, to allow fresh floral and fruity notes to shine through expressing the straw-gold colour.

NOSE

The light and fresh aromas of spring flowers smoothly moving to white yet sweet fruits like grapes, apples and pears. At the second nose appears the hint of unrape apricot.

PALATE

PURE AUDACITY, PURE TALENT, PURE PARADOX

In the XIXth century, englightened Anglo-Saxon amateurs appreciated clear cognacs for their finesse and delicacy, to the point of ordering from Hennessy some of the pales eaux-de-vie from Cognac. It was in returning to the source that Hennessy created Hennessy Pure White, the most paradoxical and innovative of all spirits of the Maison Hennessy.

A TIMELESS BLEND

Hennessy Pure White originated from four crus with a dominance from the Fins Bois, from which it gets its  lightness of aroma and flavour. The eaux-de-vie used in the blend are floral and fruity. They are immediately identifiable from the selection made by the Master Blender, by their distinct clearness, a trait little marked by the wood. They age only several years in old casks… The achievement of stopped time.
