For more than two centuries, seven generations of Master Blenders from the Fillioux family have followed the same ritual. The ritual begins every morning at a set time, at the doors of the room named in honour of Raymond Fillioux. Here, Yann Fillioux, the current heir to the illustrious line, continues the tradition and meets with his tasting committee. The room is decorated in a timeless, eternally elegant style.
